I had a great experience working with Fiona on her 3D printed frame designs. From the very beginning, her service really stood out. We started by sending out the exact size of our magnets so she could create a frame that would fit perfectly for another small business and so we could confidently print her frame designs that would fit customers using their sizing as well.
Fiona as always, is incredibly quick in turning the design around, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Every time I had a question, she responded promptly and was always helpful and clear.

What truly impressed me was the level of support she provided. Not only did she guide me on the best print settings to avoid common issues, but she also went the extra mile by sending her own sample magnet, which is such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
I also really admire her mindset - there’s a genuine sense of “no competition,” just support within the small business community. The encouragement and help she extends to others is something you don’t come across every day.

On top of that, she is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Her frame designs are practical, well thought out, and perfectly suited for its purpose and the output does not cost much that allows us to sell to customers at an affordable price.

Where do I start, not only were the magnets SO CUTE and the perfect wedding favor idea, it was such a fun, interactive activity to have on our wedding night!! So many guests are still talking about the live magnet making we had at our wedding.
