Photo Magnets

Are your photo magnets handmade?
Yes. Your photographs are printed, made and carefully checked here at Still Magnets in Sydney rather than being sent away to a third-party printer.
How do I add my photos?
On the product page, simply upload your photographs and use the crop and preview tool to position each one before adding your magnets to cart.
Can I preview my photos before ordering?
Yes. You can upload, position and preview each image before placing your order so you can check how your photograph will sit within the magnet.
What photos work best?

You definitely don't need professional photographs. Clear, well-lit original photos generally give the best result.

Where possible, use the original photograph rather than a screenshot or an image downloaded from social media, as these can sometimes be lower quality.

What happens if part of my photo is close to the edge?
When cropping your photograph, try to keep important faces and details away from the very edge. Depending on the magnet style, a small amount of the image may form part of the finished edge, so the preview is there to help you position everything before ordering.
Can I order a single photo magnet?
Personalised photo magnets are sold in sets rather than as individual one-off magnets. Simply choose the set or size that works best for the number of photographs you'd like to turn into magnets.
Can I use a different photo on every magnet?
Yes. Your set can be made using different photographs, so you don't need to order the same image on every magnet.
Can I change my photos after I've ordered?
If you notice something immediately after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. Because personalised orders can move into production quickly, I can't guarantee changes once your order has started being made.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $9.95 flat rate Australia-wide.

Express shipping is $14.95 Australia-wide.

You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Personalised orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days of your order being placed.

This is the production time before your parcel is handed to the delivery carrier. Shipping time is additional and will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.

A little note from me: Still Magnets is a small business that I run around family life, often making orders once my two kids are in bed. I always do my best to have everything made and dispatched within the stated timeframe, but occasionally life doesn't quite go to plan. If your order runs beyond the 5-business-day production window and you selected standard shipping, I'll upgrade your parcel to express shipping at no additional cost.
Does choosing express shipping make my order get made faster?
Express shipping applies to the delivery method after your order has been made. Personalised orders still require production time, so please allow up to 5 business days for your magnets to be made and dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide and express shipping is $14.95.
Do you ship throughout Australia?
Yes. Still Magnets ships personalised orders Australia-wide from Sydney.

Live Wedding Photo Magnets

The Wedding Edit

How does the live photo magnet experience work?

Throughout your wedding, guests scan your personalised QR code and choose a photograph straight from their phone.

I print, cut and press their photographs into real keepsake magnets during your reception, then add the finished magnets to the display board ready for guests to collect.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan your event QR code using their phone and upload their photograph through your personalised page. There is no app or account they need to download first.
Are they actual pressed magnets?
Yes. Every magnet is individually printed, cut and physically pressed during your event using professional magnet-making equipment. They aren't simply sticker prints attached to a piece of flexible magnetic backing.
When do guests receive their magnets?
Magnets are made continuously throughout your booked live-service period and added to the display board as they're finished. During busy periods there may naturally be a short wait while incoming photographs are worked through.
How many magnets can you make?

Current Wedding Edit packages include:

The Essentials — up to 100 magnets

The Celebration — up to 200 magnets

The Grand — up to 300 magnets

Planning something larger? Custom packages are available for bigger guest numbers and events.

Can the magnets be personalised for our wedding?
Yes. The reverse of your magnets can be personalised with your names and wedding date. Custom guest-photo overlays can also be discussed if you'd like another personalised element.
What do you need from our venue?
I bring the magnet-making equipment and event setup with me. Approximately 2 × 2 metres of space is generally required, with access to power preferred. Exact requirements can be confirmed with you before the wedding.
Can the setup be outdoors?
Outdoor events can be considered, but the equipment needs to be fully covered and protected from weather, moisture and excessive heat. The suitability of the setup can be discussed with you and your venue before the event.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Yes. Travel within approximately 30 km of the Sutherland Shire is included in standard Sydney packages. Weddings outside this area can be quoted individually depending on the location and travel required.
How far in advance should we book?
If you know you would like Still Magnets at your wedding, it's worth checking your date as early as possible. You don't need to have every detail of your wedding finalised before sending an enquiry.
What if our wedding has more than 300 guests or we need more magnets?
That's absolutely something we can discuss. Larger weddings and events can be quoted individually based on guest numbers, service time and the number of magnets you're hoping to have made during the event.

Save the Date Magnets

Are envelopes included with Save the Date magnets?
Yes. Save the Date magnet orders include envelopes so they're ready for you to address and send to your guests.
Can I personalise my Save the Dates?
Yes. Save the Date magnets can be personalised with your photograph and wedding details to create something specific to your celebration.
Why choose a magnet instead of a paper Save the Date?
A magnet gives your guests somewhere practical to keep the date. Instead of a paper card being put into a drawer or a digital message disappearing into a phone, it can stay visible on the fridge throughout the lead-up to your wedding.

Business & Promotional

Do you make magnets for businesses and events?
Yes. Still Magnets creates custom branded products for businesses, events, product launches, fundraisers, real estate, client gifting, customer orders, merchandise, promotional campaigns and plenty of ideas outside the standard promotional giveaway.
Can you use our logo and brand colours?
Yes. You can supply your logo, artwork, photograph, campaign design or other brand assets to create your custom products.
Will I see my artwork before the bulk order is produced?
Yes. A digital proof can be provided for approval before your bulk order moves into production.
Can I add a QR code to a promotional magnet?
Yes. QR codes can be incorporated into suitable designs to direct customers to your website, booking page, menu, review page, event registration or another online destination.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, artwork and production requirements. For larger or more specific projects, send through your approximate quantity, deadline and what you're hoping to create and I can help work out the best option.
Can I order a larger quantity than what is shown online?
Yes. Larger orders and custom projects are available. Use the contact form below with the quantity you need, your deadline and a little information about the project.
