How do guests access the QR code?
Your personalised event QR code is provided before your wedding. You can add it to your stationery, table signage, welcome display or wedding website. We'll also display it at the cart on the night.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan the QR code using their phone camera and upload their photograph through your personalised event page.
Do guests receive their magnets on the night?
Yes. We make magnets live during your booked service time and add finished magnets to the display board throughout the event.
Can the magnets be personalised for our wedding?
Yes. Every magnet includes a personalised reverse with your names and wedding date.
What happens to the uploaded photos?
Every photograph your guests choose is compiled into your digital gallery. You'll receive access after the wedding, with 7 days to view and download it.
What if we would like more than 300 magnets?
Larger weddings and events are available. Send through your venue, date and approximate guest numbers and I'll prepare a custom quote.
What if guests upload more photos than our package includes?
We will make up to the number of magnets included in your selected package. Photographs that aren't printed will still remain available in your digital gallery.
When should live printing begin?
Live printing usually works best during the reception once guests have started taking photographs. We'll help choose a start time that works with your timeline.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Still Magnets is based in Sydney and services surrounding areas. Travel outside the standard service area may be available for an additional fee.
How much space do you require?
We generally require an area of approximately 2 × 2 metres for the live setup, with access to power preferred.
What do we receive after the wedding?
You'll receive your digital gallery containing every photo your guests chose, with 7 days access, plus your own 9-piece keepsake magnet set.
