Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@stillmagnets.com.au with photos and a short description of the issue.
• We do not take responsibility for poor-quality source images, including pixelated, blurry, compressed or screenshot images. Please upload the best-quality version available.
• Minor colour, cropping or alignment differences may occur as part of the handmade production process and are not considered faults.

Social Media Permission

By default, permission to share non-identifying images of your magnets may be set to “Yes” during checkout.

• To opt out, select “No” during checkout or email us at hello@stillmagnets.com.au .
• We will not tag you or share personal identifying information without permission.

Order Process

• What you upload is what we print unless the product listing specifically states that a proof will be supplied.
• Orders are processed as quickly as possible in accordance with the current processing times displayed on the website.
• If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Bulk & Branded Orders

• Bulk and branded orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Where a digital proof is included, production will begin only after the artwork has been approved.
• Shipping charges and any special delivery arrangements will be shown or advised as applicable to the order.

Licensed & Copyrighted Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images, logos, artwork or other content supplied for production.

Still Magnets may refuse or cancel an order where supplied content appears to infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

Your photographs and supplied artwork remain your property and are used for the purpose of producing your order, together with any additional use you have specifically authorised.

Still Magnets retains ownership of its own branding, product photography, website content, packaging designs and original promotional materials.

Privacy

We collect and use information required to process orders, provide customer service and communicate with you in accordance with our privacy practices.
