Can I customise my magnet with any photo or design?
Yes — you can upload any photo, artwork, or design that holds meaning for you. Just make sure it’s clear and high resolution for the best print result.

Can I add text to my photo?
Absolutely. You can add names, dates, short quotes or captions before uploading your image. Be mindful of the 4mm safe zone from the edge — and we recommend keeping text short, clear, and centred. Font size should be legible within a 42mm x 42mm safe area.

Can I preview my design before printing?
We don’t send previews as standard, but if you have a specific request or need reassurance, email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What size are your magnets?
Each Smile Square is 5cm x 5cm — small, sturdy, and perfect for fridge displays, photo walls, or gifting moments that matter.

Are your magnets strong enough to hold paper?
Yes! Each magnet is backed with a strong, full-coverage magnetic layer. They can hold up to 3 sheets of A4 paper securely.

Where are your products made?
All magnets are handcrafted in our Sydney studio using premium materials, protective gloss film, and loads of heart.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping is $7.95 across Australia. Express shipping is available for $14.95 at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to NZ, US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. If you are ordering from somewhere else please contact us.

Do you offer bulk or event pricing?
Yes! We offer special rates for weddings, memorials, branding, and bulk gifting. Just fill out our bulk order form and we’ll be in touch.

Can I order different designs in one bundle?
Yes — every magnet in your bundle can feature a different photo. It’s as simple as uploading them during checkout.

Is this a gift?
Every order is carefully packaged, perfect for gifting. You can add a note at checkout — we’ll handwrite it and make it extra special.
